The Call To God Is Natural
The book of Ecclesiastes, old testament stuff there’s a great line I hold close. The author says this about God. “He has also set eternity in the human heart...” At your core, center or source of who you are lies an eternal burning to be with the Divine. It's natural and desires to be recognized. Those moments when you are at peace feeling joined to everything and everyone, peaceful knowing something bigger is happening is the call of that verse steering you, hoping you take a few seconds to slow and acknowledge your connection. Building this instinct takes practice and the ability to see or hear where you naturally take in the peace or silence of God. Where do you see God? Where do you feel connected? Where are able to enter into silence and hold the space of the Divine?
