Jesus banks on our incredulity; our state of unwillingness to simply believe love is the magic bullet that will transform us, heal us, bring us into a deeper conciseness for who we are and how God loves us. Jesus was an upside down, backward spiritual ironist. Teaching us that we lose our lives to find them, to love your enemies, and be born again. Jesus was showing us how to see, hear and evolve past unbelief. Past the ever consuming selfishness of egoic thinking that breaks every man who doesn’t need love, God or his own community, hoping to be God and do what He does. Your incredulity is the ironic track to Divine love.
