No More Dead Endings
We are driven to happy endings. Stories where heroes one up villains, swooping in at the last second saving humanity. Who are your heroes and what did they do to take up that spotlight? I'm willing to bet your knight is full of courage, navigating the obstacles of life and death to emerge your champion, your power of example. Dead endings are stories never told. Tales that die due to lack of courage. That lack of courage lives and dies in what lingers in the shadows of true self; your ego, fear, your unwillingness to be wrong, imperfect and human. Your heroes aren't immune to all that lives among the shadows. Your mentors simply decide to experience COURAGE by being willing to fail, SHOULD they fail. How do people see you? Do you know you are someone's hero, mentor, guide, knight? You are! That spiritual luxury is afforded to everyone who seeks to value their story and light the way among the shadows. You don't need to be Superman, the Pope, or God. You just need to be willing to live in courage.
