God's Not Weird
There is a great scripture found in the book of Ecclesiastes. The writer says, “God has set eternity in the human heart.” The very essence of the Divine is in you, it’s natural. But a lot of what we see today among spiritual and or churched communities can be odd, weird, uncomfortable frankly and just “not right.” I want to encourage you… to feel what God has planted in your heart, to rest, knowing you don't have to do much or anything for that matter to allow God’s love to flourish in your life. You have the groundwork for love in your heart. You are connected to the power of the universe. Cool, not crazy. So, what's the deal with the weird spiritual people? They are weird! That's all! Doesn't mean you have to be or will. Take time to plug into what's already in your heart. Give life to that voice deep in you, calling you into relationship with God. I promise God won't make you weird.
