Ambition can blind the heart, close the ears and blind the eyes. It will pronounce itself God. It will succeed at any cost. It’s not that ambition is evil or wrong, it simply needs service as it’s direction. We hope ambition brings community together. We desire ambition to factor in the marginalized and those without voice. We pray it’s hard work is a shared responsibility. We celebrate the win of ambition when the benefit is not just one man standing in a spotlight holding to his own success but an entire tribe transforming for the greater good.
