The Ego Loves The End Of Your Nose
The ego wants your attention. It wants the attention of others. It clamors all day pointing out emotions to mire in as you seek the center of the universe. The ego will never create and knows its condition is predicated on fear. The more you desire value and worth from people, places or things, the more fear generated, the bigger your ego becomes. Ego can’t move past the end of your nose. It can only do what's directly in front of you. It can't plan. It can't see or hold space for the needs of others. It only does you! It's not that we are blind to it or it's so elusive we can’t capture or tame it. We like it! We protect it. It seems to keep us safe.The big problem with the ego is it leaves us emotionally, spiritually and physically unavailable. Vacant to the love of the Divine. Lonely, alone, unable to enjoy the freedom of true self.
