What You're Not Getting
What is it you're not getting? Relationship, career, money, house, status, power, successes, fame? The pursuit for inner longings can be a subtle foe, cutting instead of healing. I often ask people, “how are you aware of God’s work in your life?” How do you see an active experience with the Divine? How do you transform, grow, find enlightenment or simply know who you are? You NOT getting things is oftentimes predicated on how you “SEE” that very question. I’m not talking about “do good, get good” with God, but the ability to realize self as you flow from the Divine. Helping you into the wonderful experience of learning how to love and perhaps shaving the sharper edges off. The flow from God has one very distinctive characteristic: a mirror! As we form with God we become super aware of who WE are. That giant cosmic image constantly reflects and brings awareness to how we love, who we love and how we receive love. All that reflecting can rub against what we want. Perhaps what we want has nothing to do with the flow of love. Perhaps? In that case I point you, challenge you to embrace SEEING how God moves, works or speaks in your life. Become aware of God's work, then worry about what you're not getting.
