Yes! You can sell your soul. The Faustian bargain is real. But the Devil has nothing to do with it. Losing your soul has more to do with your over-extended attachments to people, places and things. Who is your “Devil?” Who, what, where controls you, manipulates you, anchors you away from true self and Divine connection? The deals we make screw us from the very thing we actually need: love, grace, compassion, the list goes on and on. We want deals because we focus so much of our attention on gain, success, stuff, identity, power and prestige. Yes, you sell your soul willingly, but you may at any time reclaim its value simply by letting go into love. The practically looks like advocacy. The ability to march into what you want, need and desire in the healthiest of venues. This can be terrifying as you step away from people, places or things to achieve happiness or success, but it leaves you with nothing to prove, nothing to lose and no need to make deals.
